Anger Management Part 3: Taking Action

This and the next three parts of the article will discuss what we should do when faced with each of the four reactions discussed in Part 2. Taking action is the most positive response we can have when an anger issue has been highlighted. Here the biggest obstacle has been overcome as the person has already acknowledged that they have an anger problem.
