Success Doesn't Come Without Action
One of the most frustrating parts of training and developing leader for over thirty years is when I've asked what a leader's goals for his tenure are, and get the response that he wants to be a success. Leaders must realize and recognize that success is a result of having a vision, goals, and follow a plan of action which causes their vision to come to fruition. How can one be successful if they don't clearly identify their objectives?
