Executives use employee assessments to help them understand what kind of people they have working for them and what those people are accomplishing. A good assessment involves an investment of time on the part of the employee and either HR or the executives themselves. So why not utilize an assessment format that insures improvement throughout the year, rather than just before or after "review time."
