Creating Change: Why Goals Don't Work

When I started thinking about building a website a couple of years ago my focus was on helping people create and achieve life changing goals that resulted in a maximum amount of happiness. Over the past few years, I have learned that while having goals is great- that the goals people have must really truly be owned by the person trying to achieve them in order for there to be success.
