People deal with their anger in a number of different ways. You could say that people are very resourceful. I'm sure prior to reading this e-book or e-book series, you had a number of different techniques for dealing with your anger. And the anger management techniques probably worked relatively well for you. What were/ are your techniques for dealing with negative emotions and anger?
