Reward Your Own Progress

A key to staying on track and motivated towards your goals is to acknowledge your progress. If you only focus on the big end goal, and don't recognize all of the small steps taken a long the way, that end goal may seem unreachable and insurmountable. A practice of rewarding yourself by acknowledging all the small steps you're taking will motivate you on to take more small steps in the right direction.
