How To Recognise and Change Bad Habits

Whether we know it or not, we all with bad habits. It may take other people to point them out and sometimes when they do we don't see it as being bad or a habit. Once we actually acknowledge the problem we can then begin to make the appropriate changes. The question is, do we really want to?
