Use Your Anger to Start a Movement

People get angry every day. It's a normal emotion. What's not acceptable is erupting with a violent emotional outburst, or even physical violence with every stressor. However, many people get angry and use that anger to rectify the problem. Anger does have its benefits. Some people use their anger to work harder at improving themselves, and still more get people behind them in their anger and start a movement.
