How Do You Manage Anger? Express It or Repress It?

Looking around on the net I can see that anger is really an issue for most of us. So, how do you manage anger? Do you express or repress it? Anger is a strong energy phenomenon, which, at its lower ebb is sadness. Often when we look at our anger, we'll see that not far behind is sadness and vice versa.
